03|Within one year from the date of purchase, enjoy free maintenance services from the company or its authorized service agencies.
Note: The above warranty does not include card damage and loss, wear of the housing, buttons, and battery loss.

The purchased product has a warranty period of one year. Within one year from the date of delivery of the product, you can enjoy free maintenance services from the company or its authorized service organization.
Note: The above warranty does not include card damage and loss, wear of the housing, keys, and battery wear.
When you purchase one of the following conditions in the special Chang Heng intelligent electronic lock, the free warranty service will be invalid, and the company and its authorized service agency will charge according to the “Special Chang Heng Paid Service Charge Standard”:
01|More than the product free warranty period;
02|Failures caused by the user's unauthorized unlocking, self repair, modification, or repair performed by a non-authorized service provider;
03|No valid warranty card (except to prove that the machine is in the free warranty period);
04|Damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.)
